I was pleasantly surprised when I found out I was upgraded to a suite, which was decently spacious but somewhat shabby. Despite its small size, the room appeared clean, although some outlets didn't work, making charging inconvenient. The service at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, which was great for me and my crew working in the area. The location was good for our needs in Plattsburgh, with plenty of nearby stores and restaurants. The dining experience, though limited, was pretty good, but the lack of variety was noticeable. The facilities at the hotel were satisfactory, offering a nice relaxing setting.
